Please read our store Terms and Conditions below if this is your first time shopping in our online store. All Purchases from our store serve as an agreement to our store policies as outlined below.

We trade in Australian dollars. Please note, some prices have been recently updated to reflect currency conversion rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal for worldwide credit card payments.

For Australian customers we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex via our offline EFTPOS merchant facility. Please Contact Us if you wish to pay with EFTPOS prior to placing your order through the checkout.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No. The checkout will automatically direct you to PayPal secure site to enter credit card details. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship world-wide.

How long does it take for my parcel to be delivered?
Australia Post typically takes between 4 - 14 days to deliver to most areas of the world.

What does your shipping price cover?
Shipping price covers the Australia Post postal fee for up to 500gr. Orders over 500gr may cost more to be shipped. EXCESS SHIPPING PAID above $5 will be Refunded. Note: There is no extra fee for packaging and handling. Actual shipping & transport costs for items are included in shipping prices. Products manufactured by other brands that are out of stock in our studio at time of purchase are drop-shipped direct door-to-door as a convenience to our customers.

Insurance & additional Shipping Options:

Regular shipping is neither tracked nor insured. Please see additional listings for Tracking & Insurance or Contact Me.

Postage disclaimer: In the event your package does not arrive Wooldancer cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost whilst in transit. Please add additional Insurance to your order if you are at all concerned. Contact us for Insurance quote to your destination.

Packaging:
We endeavor to use environmentally-responsible packaging.

Refunds:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase because of a fault, please return to us within 7days of receipt of order. Returns must be in original condition with tags complete & attached.

Bespoke/Custom Order time frame:   Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom orders may take 7 - 30days to create. Each item is handmade from scratch, including scouring wool, hand dyeing, wool processing & hand spinning. Shipping time is additional.
