Look no further.. this workshop will have you spinning the yarn of your dreams (ok, or at least give you the skills to be able to).
This workshop is held over 2days in either one full weekend or one day over two weekends held in LAWSON NSW.
*For best results, you will require a wheel to spin/practice on at home. Please drop me a comment if you need help in procuring a good 2nd-hand or new student wheel.
All the basics are covered: learn about different fibre's, animal, plant & manmade; breeds & properties; fibre preparations, uses & how they differ; navigate your way around a spinning wheel; spin a singles; ply a yarn; finishing methods. There'll be a lot of laughs & fun thrown in for good measure.
